Ieshia Kinney Munguia is a Gaithersburg native and creative visionary, bringing together design, entrepreneurship, and a passion for building stronger communities. A Watkins Mill High School graduate, she studied visual communication design at Stevenson University and now lives in Gaithersburg with her family. Looking towards the next galaxy, Ieshia hopes to expand her work into commercial real estate and community development.

Tony Prebula, aka The Brewmaster, is a true Gaithersburg local and the Operations Director at The Well Center, helping keep our people, programs, and day-to-day operations on course. An entrepreneur and former owner of Saints Row Brewing—which he sold to his employees—Tony brings years of leadership, team-building, and small-business experience to the mission. When he’s not keeping The Well Center running smoothly, he’s embracing his biggest adventure yet: life as a dad of five alongside his wife Lacy.

Anny Guerra, originally from Venezuela, is a force for good on the Cross Community team, helping connect families with the resources they need to thrive. With a background in accounting and administration, she brings organization and heart to food distribution, SNAP, and VITA tax services. Guided by a strong sense of compassion and community, Anny believes dignity, respect, and empathy are essential parts of the mission.

Tom Reilly, affectionately known as “Grandpoo-Paw,” brings a global perspective to the Cross Community galaxy, with more than 25 years of experience living and working across Latin America, Africa, and Europe. As former President of Tetra Tech’s Global Development Services Division, he oversaw more than 6,000 employees across 80+ countries and advised governments on strengthening and modernizing public institutions. A Georgetown and Columbia graduate fluent in English and Spanish, Tom brings a wealth of leadership experience—and a truly global view—to our mission.

Ben Wikner is the visionary force behind Cross Community, bringing decades of experience in community leadership, service, and social entrepreneurship. Having served as a pastor in Gaithersburg for over 20 years, Ben is a community development catalyst passionate about bringing people together, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. Ben and his wife, Erin, have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of seven children and grandparents of two.

Edwige Tebou, our social butterfly, is a proud Cameroonian, and Cross Community’s resident financial Jedi, helping families turn tax season into opportunities for greater financial stability and wealth building. With degrees in Finance and Accounting, she is an IRS-certified tax preparer, licensed Financial Producer, and owner of Tebou Services. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Edwige’s mission is simple: make financial knowledge and wealth-building opportunities more accessible to every family.
